Gujarat SET Examination Date : 27th August 2017
The 12th Gujarat State Eligibility Test will be conducted on 27th August 2017.
Starting of Online Registration : 29th April 2017 (from - morning 11.00 hrs)
Starting of Fee Collection : 01st May 2017
Last day for Online Application and Bank Challan Generation : 08th June 2017 (till - evening 06.00 hrs).
Last day for Fee Collection : 09th June 2017
After Online Registration and generating Bank Challan, Candidates can deposit the requisite fee in any branch of Bank of Baroda, from next working day of online registration & generating the challan from GSET Website, till 09th June 2017.
(ઓનલાઇન રજીસ્ટ્રેશન અને બેન્ક ચલણ તૈયાર કરી લીધા બાદ, ઉમેદવારો GSET વેબસાઇટ પર થી ઓનલાઇન રજીસ્ટ્રેશન અને કંપ્યુટરાઇઝડ બેન્ક ચલણ તૈયાર કર્યાના આગામી કાર્યકારી દિવસેથી ૦૯મી જુન ૨૦૧૭ સુધી બેંક ઓફ બરોડા ની કોઇપણ શાખામાં આવશ્યક પરીક્ષા ફી ની ચુકવણી કરી શકશે. )
1. Please read Notification carefully.
2. Scan your passport (PP) size photograph in JPEG format. Make sure it should be in 140 X160 Pixel dimension (w X h) and less than 100kb.
While uploading the photograph, kindly re-check that you are uploading the right PP size photograph of yourself. આપનો પાસપોર્ટ સાઇઝ ફોટોગ્રાફ JPEG ફોર્મેટ માં સ્કેન કરો. ફોટોગ્રાફ 140 X 160 pixel (પહોળાઇ X લંબાઇ) માં અને તેની સાઇઝ 100 kb થી વઘુ ન હોય તેની ખાતરી કરી લેવી.
ફોટો અપલોડ કરતાં પહેલાં ખાતરી કરી તમે તમારો આપનો પોતાનો જ ફોટોગ્રાફ અપલોડ કરી રહ્યાં છો.
3. First Register online from above link "REGISTER ONLINE FOR GSET EXAM" download the Online Application Form and Computerised Bank Challan.
It is compulsory to register online for GSET Examination and pay the requisite fee in the bank after downloading the computerised bank challan & application form. સૌપ્રથમ, ઉપર આપેલ લીન્ક "REGISTER ONLINE FOR GSET EXAM" પરથી રજીસ્ટર કરી, ઓનલાઈન એપ્લીકેશન ફોર્મ અને કમ્પ્યુટરાઇઝ્ડ બેંક ચલન ડાઉનલોડ કરવું.
GSET પરીક્ષા માટે ઓનલાઇન રજીસ્ટ્રેશન અને કમ્પ્યુટરાઇઝ્ડ બેંક ચલન તૈયાર કરી આવશ્યક ફી ભરવી બંને ફરજીયાત છે.
4. After Online Registration and generating Computerised Bank Challan to pay examination fee, Candidates can deposit the requisite fee in any branch of Bank of Baroda, from next working day of online registration & generating the challan from GSET Website, till 09.06.2017. ઓનલાઇન રજીસ્ટ્રેશન અને પરીક્ષા ફી ભરવા માટે કંપ્યુટરાઇઝડ બેન્ક ચલણ તૈયાર કરી લીધા બાદ, ઉમેદવારો GSET વેબસાઇટ પર થી ઓનલાઇન રજીસ્ટ્રેશન અને કંપ્યુટરાઇઝડ બેન્ક ચલણ તૈયાર કર્યાના આગામી કાર્યકારી દિવસેથી તા. ૦૯.૦૬.૨૦૧૭ સુધી બેંક ઓફ બરોડા ની કોઇપણ શાખામાં આવશ્યક પરીક્ષા ફી ની ચુકવણી કરી શકશે.
5. After the submission of form, note down the Registration Number for all future reference and also to download application form (filled) and other important documents. ઓનલાઇન અરજી કર્યા બાદ રજીસ્ટ્રેશન નંબર નોંધી લેશો. ભવિષ્યના પરીક્ષાલક્ષી દરેક કાર્ય માટે, તથા ભરેલું એપ્લીકેશન ફોર્મ અને અન્ય ડોક્યુમેન્ટસ ડાઉનલોડ કરવા માટે રજીસ્ટ્રેશન નંબર આવશ્યક છે.
6. CANDIDATES SHOULD NOTE THAT THE PRINT OUT OF ONLINE APPLICATION FORM , FEE CHALLAN OR ANY OTHER DOCUMENTS SHOULD NOT BE SENT TO GUJARAT SET OFFICE, VADODARA, BEFORE THEY QUALIFY IN GSET EXAMINATION. ઉમેદવારો એ બાબતની નોંધ લેવી કે GSETમાં ઉત્તીર્ણ થયા પહેલાં ઓનલાઇન એપ્લીકેશન ફોર્મની પ્રિન્ટ કોપી, બેંક ચલણ કે અન્ય કોઈપણ પ્રમાણપત્ર ગુજરાત સ્ટેટ એલિજીબીલિટી ટેસ્ટ , વડોદરા ખાતે મોકલવું નહીં.
7. In case a Candidate qualifies for the Gujarat SET Examination, It is mandatory for him / her to bring Photo (Xerox) Copies of Application Form, Fee Challan and Examination Hall Ticket alongwith Eligibility and Category related documents at the time of verification. Hence it is adviced to a candidate to preserve all the above mentioned documents.
ઉમેદવાર ગુજરાત સેટ ની પરીક્ષામાં ઉત્તીર્ણ થાય તે સંજોગોમાં, ઉમેદવારે શૈક્ષણીક લયકાત અને કેટેગરીને લાગતા દસ્તાવેજો સાથે એપ્લીકેશન ફોર્મની એક કોપી, ફી ચલણ અને પરીક્ષાની હોલ ટિકીટ ફરજીયાત રજૂ કરવાની રહેશે. આથી ઉપર જણાવેલ તમામ દસ્તાવેજો સાચવીને રાખવા એ ઉમેદવારના પોતાના હિતમાં છે.
8. The details of accepted applicants for the Gujarat SET Examination will be placed on our website after 10 days of the last date of online application. Any query including missing name, one can contact Gujarat SET agency , Vadodara through email : gujaratset@gmail.com within 5 days of declaration of the list.
ગુજરાત સેટ એજન્સી દ્વારા પરીક્ષા આપવા માટે અંતિમપણે સ્વીકારાયેલા ઉમેદવારોની યાદી, ઓનલાઇન અરજી જમા કરાવવા માટે નિયત કરેલ અંતિમ તારીખનાં ૧૦ દિવસ બાદ વેબસાઇટ પર મૂકવામાં આવશે. ઉમેદવારોને આ યાદીમાં પોતાનું નામ ન હોવા સહિત પોતાની વિગત અથવા અન્ય કોઈપણ વિસંગતતા જણાય તો તેઓ આ યાદી જાહેર થયાના ૫ દિવસની અંદર અંદર ગુજરાત સેટના ઈમેઈલ: gujaratset@gmail.com પર ગુજરાત સેટ ઓફીસ, વડોદરા નો સંપર્ક કરી સુધારો કરાવી શકાશે.
